Loose the fat idea

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT…
Gosh..these words scares me but they ring true. Say, I had noodle for breakfast and lunch, a scrumptious burger for dinner (ooh that was delicious) and a chocolate ice cream to cope with my mood-swing, doesn’t that make me a ‘noodleburgerchoc chic’? Maybe I’m being silly but the food does make me feel like one:<
“The scale is lying’, sounds familiar?
A bowl of wonton noodle is the same amount of calories to a of bowl rice, mamak-fried noodle is three bowls of rice, a cheese burger is a bowl and a half… with this kinda food staple we are blessed with, too much intake and too little output to burn off those C’s are not getting us anywhere.
Here is a simple calories intake calculation. Say my weight 60kg (weight) x 30 Kcal (calories) = 1800 kcal, this means my calorie should not be more than this and plus a little workout regime to help me lose some weight.
Few simple, juicy, easy to follow ideas to lose weight.
Food:
Try avoiding
- - high fat food like fried food (chicken, rice, noodle)
- - high saturated fat (evaporated milk, coconut milk, condense milk) in food
- - reduce intake of sweets, cakes, desserts as these are big weight-gain culprits
Eat
- - rich with fiber (whole grain products, fruits & vegetable)
- - regular meals with small portion and no snacking in between meals
Ideas:
Choose to lose some weight the healthy, easy way
- *Choose the stairs instead of the elevator
- *Choose an expensive diner and maybe you might just want a soup and a bread :)
- *Choose a dress you love, one size smaller and work towards that girl:)
- *Choose tight outfit when heading for dinner date
- *Choose a husky and walk the dog everyday
- *Choose a smaller fridge to prevent overloading on temptations
- *Choose to buy smaller plates and bowls for the kitchen – for smaller servings
- *Choose to have a big mirror at your dining area (make sure you eat there and not in front of the TV)
